Terrorism – Can We Truely Win The Battle?

Islamic Terrorist attacks have continued unabated – in Orlando, Florida; Istanbul, Dharka, Rouen, Nice, to name a few. How long is the rest of the world going to continue to “bury their heads in the sand of POLITICAL CORRECTNESS” and pretend that it’s a “Western” problem and does not concern them?

It is obvious that ISIS and other Islamic militant groups have to continued to grow. According to Cecelia Attias “the time is now to use our military, intelligence, technology and economic power to prevent terrorism, violent attacks and adapt more stringent security systems. We must build a coalition of allies that includes active, meaningful and consistent leadership from the Arab world. Leaders from Morocco to the Gulf States must condemn terrorist attacks with a stronger, louder and more public voice. Look to the leadership of King Adbullah II of Jordan, who has called the battle against ISIS ‘the fight against good and evil’ that requires military, intelligence and moral force.”  http://www.cnn.com/2016/08/05/opinions/combat-terrorism-world-attias/

Most of the Arab world is doing nothing to help this fight against Islamic militants. Could it be that they secretly believe in the Caliphate? If they do, then, how do we fight people who believe that, they have a God-given mandate to wipe you out, or subjugate you? How much is preached in Mosques around the world, against radical Islam? Not much. Rather, many Imams justify the militants’ action by saying the Western World is evil. The only time some Islamic leaders living in the Western world, come out to say radical Islam is wrong, is when they feel threatened that there might be some backlash against Muslims, right after a terror attack.

Islamic terrorists believe that by creating world chaos, their Mahdi (messiah), will be forced to appear and save the world – how do you fight a belief system, with guns and bombs?

Technology giants from China, Japan, Korea, United States, Israel, Russia and other powerful countries should form a coalition to fight terrorism. This is absolutely necessary because ISIS is known to recruit gullible people, mostly through social media. Ms. Cecelia Attias also mentioned that the world should do like it did after World War II. Back then, the government, Corporations and private citizens partnered to rebuild Europe, with the Marshall Plan. We should do the same now, against Islamic Terrorism.

The rest of the world does need to chip in to fight this scourge of terrorism. What other countries don’t seem to get, is that if America and the Western world goes down, so do they. ISIS wants WORLD domination. Islamic militants will not stop until either their goal is achieved, or we stop them.
